Spinal Cord Organoids

Shown is a spinal cord organoid d40 immunostained for neuronal marker SMI-32 (magenta) and muscle marker Desmin (yellow). Using our advanced spinal cord organoid protocol we are able to generate spinal cord organoids of very high complexity, consisting of muscle tissue but also a wide rostral caudal range of moto neurons found in the human spinal cord.
