Cortical Organoids

Here we have 150 days old cortical organoids grown in 2d on a shaker. We frequently produce them (in 2d but 3d as well) using our isogenic APP hiPSC lines trying to unravel selective vulnerability and disease pathology in familiar Alzheimer’s disease.
